Payment Policy
At Lisa & Hall Londen, we currently accept payments only via credit card and a selection of secure digital wallets. Available methods may vary by country; customers are responsible for checking which options are offered at checkout.
1. Available Payment Methods
We work with trusted payment providers and support the following methods:

The options displayed at checkout depend on your location, currency and device.
2. Security
- All payments are processed via a secure SSL/TLS connection by our external payment providers.
- Your full card details are encrypted and handled directly by these providers.
- Lisa & Hall Londen never stores your complete payment information on its own servers.
3. Payment Processing
- Orders are only processed after your payment has been successfully completed.
- If a payment fails, is declined or not finalised, your order will not be confirmed.
- In case of suspected fraud or misuse, Lisa & Hall Londen reserves the right to cancel or block an order or account.
4. Refunds
If you are entitled to a refund – for example after an approved return under our Return Policy:
- We will process the refund within 14 days after receiving and approving the returned item.
- Refunds are issued via the same payment method used for the original purchase (credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or Shop Pay), where technically possible.
- Original shipping fees and any return shipping costs are generally not refunded, unless explicitly agreed otherwise.
