- Typographical errors, price mistakes or other inaccuracies may occasionally occur.
No rights can be derived from such errors. Lisa & Hall Londen reserves the right to correct any mistakes and, where necessary, to cancel orders that were clearly based on incorrect information.
3. Ordering & Payment
- Orders are only processed after full payment has been received.
- Available payment methods (via our payment providers) may differ per country or region.
- It is your responsibility to check which payment methods are available for your location at checkout.
- By completing a payment, you confirm that you are authorised to use the chosen payment method.
If a payment is refused or reversed, Lisa & Hall Londen has the right to cancel the order.
4. Processing & Delivery
Because we work with a streamlined, direct‑from‑supplier model, we use the following indicative time frames:
- Processing time (dispatch): 1–3 business days
- Shipping time after processing: approximately 1–7 business days, depending on the delivery country and local carrier performance
Additional information:
- Orders are shipped directly from our selected supplier in China for part of our assortment.
- Customs duties, taxes or handling fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations; these are the responsibility of the customer.
- The above time frames are indicative. Delays due to busy periods, public holidays, carrier issues or customs procedures do not give an automatic right to cancellation or refund.
We always aim to deliver as quickly and smoothly as possible, but once a parcel is with the carrier, transit times are partly outside our control.
5. Returns & Cancellations

Key points:
- By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept our return conditions, including that returns are handled via our supplier’s address in China and that return shipping costs are for the customer.
- Cancellation after placing an order is generally not possible, as orders are usually processed quickly.
- A refund or chargeback cannot be initiated before the item has been received and assessed in accordance with our Return Policy.
If you wish to cancel an order, contact us immediately at info@lisaandhalllonden.com. If the order has already been processed or shipped, the normal return rules apply.
6. Liability
We handle your order with great care, but our liability is limited:
- Once the tracking information shows that a parcel has been delivered to the address you provided, Lisa & Hall Londen is not responsible for loss, theft or damage occurring after delivery.
- Always double‑check that your delivery address and contact details are correct when placing an order.
- In all cases, our liability is limited to a maximum of the purchase price of the product concerned.
We are not liable for indirect damages such as loss of profit, consequential damages or other non‑material losses.

8. Complaints Procedure
We aim for every customer to be satisfied, but if you have a complaint:

- Include:

- A clear description of the issue
- For issues related to size, fit or quality, attach clear photos showing the problem.
We strive to respond within 5 business days with a substantive reply or a proposed solution.
Without adequate description and photo evidence where relevant, we may not be able to process your complaint properly.
9. Applicable Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by Dutch law.
Any disputes arising from or related to these terms, your order or the use of our website will be submitted to the competent court in the district where Lisa & Hall Londen is established, unless mandatory law designates another court.
